LilyAnn's "LOVE YOU!", a New Concept in Comedy, to Open at The World Famous Ice House in Pasadena
Pasadena, California - May 9, 2013 - Bob Fisher, the innovative & fearless owner of Pasadena's world famous Ice House Comedy Club, whose instincts & comedic genius have given us such modern day giants of Comedy as David Letterman, Jay Leno, Jerry Seinfeld, Lily Tomlin, Steve Martin, Billy Crystal, Ellen Degeneres, George Lopez & more, introduces a new concept in Comedy--The original comedic musical LilyAnn's "LOVE YOU!", featuring 16 contemporary radio-ready songs spanning the Pop, Rock, Country, and R&B genres and a young, talented international cast of 8 comedic actor/singer/dancers.
"Being at Ice House has afforded me the opportunity to lower what's known as the 4th Wall of Theatre," shares playwright/composer LilyAnn, who has been heralded by The Hollywood Reporter as "an outstanding musical writer" for her work on the legit stages of Los Angeles, and who pens the book, music & lyrics for all her original musical productions. LilyAnn's "LOVE YOU!" previews Thursday, June 6th at 8 p.m., and officially opens to Industry & the Press with its VIP/Press Party the following Thursday, June 13th at The World Famous Stage2 at The Ice House, 24 N.
